Jim Marrs, who has been a realtor at Raptor Realty, has received his real estate brokers license from the Utah State Division of Real Estate.
Broker applicants are required to successfully complete advanced education in a wide range of topics including property ownership, property valuation and appraisal processes, agency relationship and federal requirements, real estate finance and settlement, leases and property management, Utah real estate law, licensing, real estate office management, Utah water rights and statutes of fraud. Once the advanced education requirements ahve been met broeker applicants must successfully pass a comprehensive state administered test. Applicants must also meet certain sales volume requirements.
Marrs will be an associate broker at RE/MAX Raptor Realty in Price.
