I would like to know when the county, state or nation is going to pass a law about not driving while on a cell phone.
I have a cell phone and pull off the road to talk or call back later, when I am not driving.
CNN did a test on younger people. They said they have the response of a 70 year old or older while driving and on cell phones.
I have seen people go through red lights while on the cell phone and I was almost ran down in local grocery store parking lot while the man driving was on his cell phone.
I think if you drive and talk on a cell phone, your car insurance should be raised. And if a law is passed, I think the fine should not be $25. It should start at $250 and go up.
