Contract workers ready scaffolding and materials at the Carbon County road shop. The $2 million facility will replace an aging facility located on Carbonville Road. More than $13 million is expected to be spent by the county on new facilities, including the North Springs Shooting Range, ambulance garage, Utah Division of Natural Resources building and exhibition center.
