Helper Art Festival attracts numerous vendors, regales hundreds of spectators

Participants stroll along Main Street during the Helper Art Festival last weekend. Numerous vendor booths lined the downtown area, attracting large crowds. Local spectators, along with out-of-town visitors enjoyed entertainment venues at the Main Street park and Rio Theater.
