CHS wrestlers ready for final home match

With his coaches watching in the background, Carbon High's Bradlee Chatterton, left, prepares to lock up with his Juab opponent.

With just one last home meet left, the Carbon High Wrestling team will be looking to use that home advantage as they prepare for the final stretch of matches leading into the region meet in February.

CHS head coach Steve Woodhouse said after a win over American Leadership Academy on Jan. 14 that the team has been wrestling well and looking to continue their good streak of performances towards the region meet.

After a loss to Juab last week, the Dinos will be looking to bounce back and pick up a key win against South Sevier on Thursday, Jan. 23 starting at 5:30 p.m. with the junior varsity and varsity at 7 p.m.

The Dinos will have two more matches on the road before the region meet in Richfield on Feb. 7-8.
