Gertrude Lloyd Johnson will celebrate her 90th birthday with family and friends at an open house May 26 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at her home in Kenilworth.

Gertrude was born May 26, 1913 in Sunnyside and later moved with her family to Kenilworth. Except for a few years, she has called Kenilworth home. For the past 50 years, she has resided in the house her parents lived in when she was a young woman.

Alten Jensen of Emery will celebrate his 90th birthday at an open house May 24.

The birthday open house for family and friends will be presented from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Emery senior citizens center.
