    BID NOTICE

	Carbon County will accept sealed bids for a new 2013, 1/2 ton pickup.
  The minimum specifications are.

	Must be a new unused truck	On-off road tires (including spare)
	1/2 ton, Crew Cab		Receiver hitch-tow package
	Climate Control Cab		Bumpers front & rear
	AM-FM radio			Skid plates       
	4X4                                     	Heated, leather seats
	Automatic transmission		Remote Start
	Shift on the fly 	              	Cruise Control				Power
Windows/Power Locks	V6 or V8 Gas Engine
	Carpet			Limited Slip in Rear

	List all options or other features, also all maintenance and warranty
information.

	Bids are due at the Carbon County clerk's office at 120 East Main,
Price, Utah 84501, prior to 5:00 p.m. February 19, 2013.  Bid opening
date is February 20, 2013 at a regular commission meeting beginning at
4:30 pm at the County Courthouse, 120 East Main Street, Price Utah. 
On the outside of envelope write (in Red Ink) "Sealed Bid for
Maintenance Pickup". 

	Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source.  Faxed bids are not accepted.

	Carbon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive
any informality of any bid and select the bid which in the opinion of
the County provides the best product, warranty and/or service for the
County.
