Troy and Judy Mastin wish to announce the marriage of their daughter Emily to Derek Richardson, son of Scott and Stephanie Richardson, and Nanette Bishop Richardson. There will be a reception held in their honor on Dec. 15, 2012 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Helper Stake Center. The couple were sealed in the Manti Temple.
