With a team comprised of a lot of youth and many still learning the skills needed to be successful on the mat, the Carbon High School Wrestling team put on a determined effort despite the 54-13 loss to Uintah High last week.

Carbon High Head Coach Steve Woodhouse said he was "pleased with the effort and improvement" the team showed in their match against Uintah.

The CHS Wrestling team will host Spanish Fork on Wednesday at the CHS gymnasium. Junior varsity will start at 5:30 p.m. followed by the varsity at 7 p.m.
