USU Eastern to finish regular season on the road against highly ranked College of Southern Idaho and North Idaho

The USU Eastern volleyball team came so close to coming away with two important Scenic West Athletic Conference wins. Despite their efforts, Salt Lake Community College and Snow College came away with wins on Friday and Saturday in Price.

Such is the way of life as a team competing in the SWAC. Nothing comes easy.

The Lady Eagles fell to Salt Lake CC (18-25, 16-25, 23-25) on Friday and to Snow College (16-25, 25-27, 25-18, 16-25) on Saturday.

Now, the Lady Eagles (11-14, 2-6 SWAC) must travel north to play both Southern Idaho and North Idaho College on Thursday and Saturday.

The SWAC playoffs will take place on Nov. 2-3. USU is currently in fifth place in the conference.
