USU Eastern's Bread and Soup Nights to benefit Food Bank

USU Eastern's 14th annual Bread 'N Soup Night to benefit the Carbon County Food Bank will be held three nights, beginning Monday, Nov. 5 and continuing on Nov. 12 and 19.

USU Eastern student Shanna Frame, a native of Bountiful, is the SUN Center student in charge of the event, said the events will once again benefit the county Food Bank.

Members of Eastern's Dining Service staff, under the direction of Becky Archibald, volunteer their time each Monday to make soups that accommodate a variety of dietary needs.
