NOTICE OF HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-27a-204, Utah Code
annotated, Notice is hereby given that the Board of County
Commissioners of Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a
meeting to be held Wednesday September 19, 2012 at 4:30 PM in the
Commission Chamber of the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of
considering a recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve an
amendment to the Carbon County Master Plan to include a Small Business
Overlay Zone.
