	Separate sealed bids will be received by Carbon County for the
construction of the Carbon County Fairground Irrigation Improvements,
which includes pump houses, pump installation and pipe installation. 

	Bids will be received by the Carbon County Clerk's, 120 East Main St,
Price, UT 84501, until no later than July 2, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. Bids
will be opened at 4:30 p.m., July 3, 2012 during the regularly
scheduled Carbon County Commission meeting at the County
Courthouse,120 East Main Street, Price Utah.  A five (5%) percent
proposal guarantee is required. The bid bond form submitted with the
bid must identify the project name as shown in the contract documents.

	A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Carbon County Events
Center, 450 South Fairgrounds Way, on Monday, June 25, 2012, at 9:00

	Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at the
walk through, and in plan rooms in Utah at: 

- Carbon County Engineer, 120 East Main St, Price; and 
- Creamer and Noble offices, 35 South 400 West, Suite 200, St. George.

	Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the offices of
Creamer & Noble, Inc., or from Carbon County, upon payment of a fee of
$35.00 for each set, no part of which is refundable. 

	Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are received late due
to delays in delivery by any source.  Faxed bids are not accepted.

	Bids are subject to approval by the County Commission. Carbon County
reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality
of any bid and select the bid which in the opinion of the county
provides the best product, warranty, and service.  For more
