Notice Of Public Hearing

     
 Helper City will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on
the proposed grant application to the Community Impact Board.
 
 	The grant will be for improvements of Helper City water and sewer
systems.  The hearing will be held at 19 South Main in Council
Chambers on
