The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, at
the Main Entrance of the Carbon County Courthouse located at 149 East
100 South, Price, Utah 84501 on October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for the
purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally dated April 12, 2006
and recorded on April 18, 2006, in the Carbon County Recorder's Office
in Book 616 at Page 516, as Entry no. 116789, executed by Building G,
LLC A New Mexico Limited Company, (signed by Christian Williams as
member - manager), as (Trustor) and South Eastern Utah Title Company,
as (Trustee) and John G. Harris, as (Beneficiary).
The property subject to the Deed of Trust is situate in Carbon County
and described as follows:
All of Lots 9 & 10, Block 4, Survey of Welby Townsite.
Also, Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Block 4, Meads Survey of
Welby Townsite, running thence West 20 feet; thence South 50 feet;
thence East 20 feet; thence North 50 feet to the place of beginning.
Also, Beginning at a point 20 feet West of the Northwest Corner of
Block 4, Survey of Welby Townsite, and running thence South 50 feet;
thence West 63 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East 63 feet to
Tax Parcel No. 1A-248 & 1A-413
Purported Property Address: 54 and 56 South Main Street, Helper, Utah
The opening credit bid will be approximately $34,495.98 additional
fees may be added. Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee
$5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 10:00
a.m. the day following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of
a bank or credit union's cashiers check, wire transfer or certified
funds payable to South Eastern Utah Title Company.
