Legal Notice

Canyon Fuel Company, LLC, of Grand Junction, Colorado, hereby
announces its intention to blast in an area located approximately two
miles west of Scofield, Utah.  The currently approved mining permit is
number ACT/007/005.

 Canyon Fuel Company, LLC, operates the Skyline Mines which are
located four miles southwest of Scofield, Utah, in Eccles Canyon,
within the southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 13 South, Range 6
East, Salt Lake Base Meridian.

 Skyline Mines plans to construct a portal for installation of a mine
ventilation fan within the northwest quarter of Section 1, Township 13
South, Range 6 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian.  The fan site is two
miles west of State Road 96.  No occupied dwellings are within
½-mile of the site.  The slope construction may require one to two
surface blasts to be conducted in the September 1-30, 2011 timeframe. 
The remainder of the work will be conducted underground.  The blasting
will take place during daylight hours and the necessary safety
precautions will be enforced.  All blasting will be done according to
the blasting plan as approved in the Mining and Reclamation Plan.  The
area of the construction site is already included in the Skyline Mine
permit area.
