Notice Of Trustee'S Sale

    

	The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, at
the Main Entrance of the Carbon County Courthouse located at 149 East
100 South, Price, Utah 84501 on October 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. for the
purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally dated December 10,
2009 and recorded on December 11, 2009, in the Carbon County
Recorder's Office in Book 713 at Page 219, as Entry no. 803816,
executed by Constantine J. Lionakis, as (Trustor) and the United
States of America Acting through the Rural Housing Service or
Successor Agency, United States Department of Agriculture, as (Trustee
and Lender).

	The property subject to the Deed of Trust is situate in Carbon County
and described as follows:

The South 20 feet of Lot 22 and the North 6 feet of Lot 21, Block 2,
Montrose Addition to the City of Price, according to the official plat
thereof, recorded in Book A of Plats, at Page 22, records of the
Carbon County Recorder.

Purported Property Address: 476 South 100 East, Price, Utah 84501
	
	The opening credit bid will be approximately $20,184.00, additional
fees may be added. Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee
$5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 10:00
a.m. the day following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of
a bank or credit union's cashiers check, wire transfer or certified
funds payable to South Eastern Utah Title Company.

	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THIS COMPANY IS ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A
DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
