Vendors compete to be students' choice for USU-CEU meals

USU food services and Sacco Dining Services presented the US Foods Food Show held at the USU Eastern Jennifer Leavitt Student Center dining room. Free for the students and $5 for general public, the foods were presented by vendors in hopes that their cuisine would be chosen for the menu at the cafeteria. One of the vendors is Dennis Waters from Rodon Foods, serving Fontanini meatballs covered in Escalon Marinara sauce, and OK Foods' chicken tenders and chunks.The diners will cast their votes for their favorites on food choices and the item that they would like to see on the menu. Other criteria are offering healthy choices and foods that fit into the student budget.
