Freezing rain, black ice cause multiple wrecks

Public safety officials closed the highway at about 8 a.m. because of at least four accidents between the town and the East Carbon turnoff. Public Safety Dispatch reported about a dozen weather-related accidents happened on Highways 10, 6, and 31. Wreckers had to load, unload and reload their town trucks with dented vehicles.
