executed by Kim Ellis Bench, A Married Man As His Separate Estate,
will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must
tender a deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the
time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day,
at the office of the Trustee. At the main entrance of the carbon
county district court 149 E. 100 S. Price Utah all right, title and
interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in
the property situated in said County and State described as: All of
lot 23, plat "a", spring canyon estates subdivision, according to the
official plat thereof, recorded in book 3 of plats, at page 190,
records of the Carbon county recorder. situate in carbon county, state
of Utah.. The street address and other common designation of the real
property described above is purported to be: 815 Castle Gate Road
Helper  Ut  84526. Estimated Total Debt as of November 30, 2010 is
$97,781.95. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any
incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if
any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or
warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition
or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee
and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining
