BACA Poker Run tours Castle Country for funds

That's not a motorcycle gang on the roads of Castle Country Saturday. It is an organization, the Bikers Against Child Abuse on their Poker Run fundraiser. Riders ante up for a contribtion and get a poker hand. Then they cruise the roads and pick up additional cards at each designated stop. Winners get a share of the pot, but most goes to supporting the group, which protects and supports abused children in the area. This year, the tour began at JB's restaurant in Price, then proceeded to East Carbon and then to the scenic route up Huntington Canyon, Skyline Drive and Scofield. More than a hundred drivers and passengers took part in the tour.
