Notice Of Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 57-5-7.5, Utah Code annotated,
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of
Carbon County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at a meeting to be
held Wednesday June 16, 2010 at 4:30 PM in the Commission Chamber of
the Courthouse, Price, Utah for the purpose of review and possible
approval of a request for a CUP for installation of a meteorological
tower in the SE/4 of Sec. 15, T13S, R07E, Element Power
