Notice Of Proposed Decision And Public Hearing Bear Canyon Logical Mining Unit

    
	The Utah State Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has
received an application from  C. W. Mining Company,  c/o Kenneth
Rushton, Trustee, 99 West Main Street, Lehi, Utah 84043,  for a
modification to the pending Bear Canyon Logical Mining Unit (LMU) in
accordance with 43 
CFR 3487.   The application for the proposed LMU modification is
available for review at the BLM  State Office, 440 West 200 South,
Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah.

	A Notice of Availability for the LMU was published in the Price Sun
Advocate, and the Emery  County Progress, on March 18th and 25th and
March 23rd and 30th, respectively. The proposed  LMU modification
contains lands from three Federal coal leases, plus private lands. The
description of the lands contained within the modified area, which is
to form the modification 
of the Bear Canyon LMU is as follows:

	A request for a public hearing to receive comments from any person
having a direct interest in the  LMU pursuant to 43 CFR 3481.2 (a)(3)
has been filed.  In accordance with this request a public  hearing
will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., in the Main
Conference Room of the 
Price Field Office, Bureau of Land Management, 125 South 600 West,
Price, Utah.
