Billy R. Webb, an 87 year old man from Price, was found dead on March 27 in Indian Canyon.

On March 20 an "attempt to locate" (ATL) on a missing person was issued out of Price for Webb. He left his residence in his 2009 Toyota Rav-4 and had not been heard from for some time, according to a Utah Highway Patrol (UHP) press release.

A Helper City fire department volunteer was searching the area of State Road 191 on Saturday at mile marker 264 when he came across Webb's vehicle, according to UHP.

The UHP investigation is showing that the vehicle was traveling Southbound and went off the roadway to the left side and down an embankment approximately 300 feet. Mr. Webb was still seat belted in his vehicle and was deceased at the time he was found, according to official reports.

The UHP does not think that speed, alcohol and drugs were factors in the crash.
