	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Carbon High School
Baseball Field Drainage, which includes 1,240 lf storm drain pipe
(12-24" dia.), 400 CY gravel, 1,350 SY geofabric, 9 inlet/junctions
and related
work will be received by Jones & DeMille Engineering, located at: 248
East Main Street, Price, UT 84501 Attn: Jones &DeMille Engineering,
until 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 12, 2010, and then opened and reviewed
at Jones
& DeMille Engineering Office. Please indicate on outside of bid
"Carbon High School Baseball Field Drainage". Carbon School District
is not responsible for bids that are received late due to delays in
delivery by any source. Do NOT send bids by Fax, FedEx, UPS or other
similar freight services. Carbon School District reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, to waive any informality of any bid and to
select the bid which in the opinion of the School District provides
the best product, warranty and/or service to the School District.

upon payment of $ 40.00 for each hard copy set or $20.00 for each
electronic file (pdf), no part of which will be refunded.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, January 6 at
1:00 PM. This pre-bid conference will be held at the project site (CHS
Baseball Field), Price, UT 84501.
