The Pinnacle Canyon Academy girls basketball team left no questions as to which team was better on Dec. 11.

With a stunning 49-8 victory the girls are now 4-0 for the season. Monique Hullings led with 15 points, six steals and six assists. Julieanne Price had eight boards and three steals.

With 90 percent of their team scoring and the offense hitting 80 percent of their shots, Pinnacle proved that they came to win.

At the half the score was 27-6; the second half Provo Canyon scored just two points. The defense was the driving force of the evening keeping the other team from double digits, and having over 10 steals.

Coach Heidi Kay had little to say about the game, although she noted that it's hard to say much with such a one sided win.
