Optical illusion is demonstated following massive weekend rainstorms

A long exposure night shot. This photo was taken with a Canon Rebel SLR with a 30 second shutter exposure and a tri-pod. The image was changed when the tri-pod was swung 90 degrees when an oncoming car passed by.
