Missions

Elder and Sister Frame

Elder Michael and Sister Donna Frame, formerly of Price, have been called to serve in the Cambodia- Phnom Penh mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

They will have a missionary farewell meeting Aug. 18 at 9 a.m. at the American Fork Hillcrest 5th LDS Ward, located at 350 West and 700 North.

The couple will leave for the mission field on Sept. 3.


Elder Huffaker

Elder Matthew Huffaker recently returned to the local area after serving in the Ohio-Cincinnati mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Elder Huffaker will speak Aug. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Price 10th LDS Ward, located at 449 North 100 East.

He is the son of Jim and Colleen Huffaker.


Elder Hurst

Elder Tyler R. Hurst has accepted a call to serve in the Nova Scotia-Halifax Canadian mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is the son of Marshall and Jolene Hurst.

Elder Hurst's missionary farewell meeting will be Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. at the Price 7th/8th LDS Ward building. An open house will be presented for family and friends Aug. 10 starting at 7 p.m.

Elder Hurst will enter the missionary training center in Provo Aug. 14.


Elder Needs

Elder Adam Joseph Needs has been called to serve in the California-San Fernando mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Elder Needs will have his missionary farewell meeting Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. at the Price 5th LDS Ward building, located at 545 East 400 North.

An open house will be presented Saturday evening between 6 and 8 p.m. at the Cook residence, 936 N. 300 East, Price.


Elder Simkins

Elder Brendan Jack Simkins, the son of Douglas and Sue Simkins, has been called to serve in the New Zealand-Auckland mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Elder Simkins' missionary farewell address will be given Aug. 11 at 9 a.m. at the Gordon Creek LDS Ward Chapel, located at 175 North 1280 West in Price.
