Carbon County residents may still receive influenza vaccinations at Southeastern Utah Health District in Price during regular clinic hours. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
The health district will continue to administer the immunizations until the supply of influenza vaccine is depleted.
Priority groups include children 6 to 23 months of age, adults 65 years of age or older, persons with chronic medical conditions, residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities, youth 6 months to 18 years of age on long-term aspirin therapy; health workers with direct patient care.

The abundance of snow has created a removal challenge for Price city's street department crews.
Addressing the situation, Price officials pointed out that Main Street, 100 North, 100 South and the connecting roadways within the city serve as the hub of the local community, pointed out Price officials.
In order to provide motorists and pedestrians with clear access from curb to curb along the streets in question, city officials encourage Carbon County residents to refrain from parking motor vehicles along the roadways during the hours of 3 a.m. to 7 a.m.
The city's street department will schedule crews and plows to remove snow from the streets.
East Carbon's Volunteers in Service to America members will host a play day in the snow for local residents on Jan. 12.
The event will be presented Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at East Carbon's Viking Park.
VISTA volunteers will be on hand with marshmallows to roast at the fire pit, which is located by the volleyball courts.
Hot chocolate will also be served to youngsters and adults participating in the activity.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a sled or, if so inclined, be prepared to make a snowman or a snow angel.
People participating in the wintertime activity should bring a roasting stick for the marshmallows, pointed out the winter event organizers.
