A blue spruce is transported by Tom Matthews and accompanied by the Utah Highway Patrol to the Utah State Capitol in late November 1995. The tree came from Matthews' property in Spring Glen and was honored as the official state holiday tree inside the Utah State Capitol rotunda that year.
