Price Yard-of-the-Month contest judging is not a stroll in the park

Fuzzy Nance, owner of Bicycle Works, was chosen for yard of the month. Fuzzy, who also planted a small garden of peppers, sits with his yard sign on bench he installed under a tree outside his business.
