Conductor Russell Wilson sets the tempo for musicians of the Eastern Utah Community Orchestra at the group's rehearsal in Helper's Rio Theatre Sunday. The orchestra and the USU-CEU Choir will perform at the Rio Wednesday at 6 p.m. Wilson said the concert will last about 45 minutes. He also said that he and the musicians are looking forward to playing at the Rio, where the acoustics have won acclaim.
