Perkie Travel of Active Re-Entry, transports anyone from Emery County, Carbon County, and East Carbon, everyday five times a week who needs transportation to the cancer treatment centers. The driver of the van, Beverly Elms from Huntington, is taking Virginia Wheeler from East Carbon, nurse practitioner, medical director of Carbon Medical and now patient, along with Del Leamaster from Huntington, to Provo for treatments.
