College of Eastern Utah art student Barbara Heilmann sits on the floor to gain perspective of the hallway she is drawing during a lesson in the McDonald Career Center. Enrollment numbers for the college for fall semester are coming out this week and administrators believe the count will be high, bucking a trend of lower enrollment over the past few years at the school.
