Carbon County observes Flag Day at Price Peace Garden

As part of the 2002 Flag Day ceremony at the Peace Garden, members of the Price American Legion Post 3 stand before Carbon County residents attending the event. During the ceremony, a brief history of the American flag was discussed by the members of Price Elks Lodge 1550. The presentation was followed by a retiring ceremony where local residents were allowed to bring old and tattered flags to be destroyed of properly.
