Water seems to flow in great abundance at the CEU fountain as it obscures the sun one day last week. But water in the Carbon County area continues to be in shorter and shorter supply. While this fountain recycles water and looses very little, lawns that are watered in the middle of the day are not quite so efficient. All water officials ask that people not water their yards from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily to cut down on evaporation.
