Halloween approaches and kids go after pumpkins

Second grade students from Castle Heights Elementary look and choose pumpkins from the back of Richard Hackwell's pickup truck on Monday morning. Each year Hackwell distributes pumpkins to all the second graders in the county and then holds a contest for the best decorated gourds. The event has become a project that the teachers and kids look forward to.
