The community health and awareness team donates nearly $700 to the Food Bank at a ceremony at Castleview Hospital. CHAT raised the funds at last year's health fair. The proceeds will go toward helping the needy in our area. The 2006 health fair will take place Oct. 20 at College of Eastern Utah. The event provides fasting, cholesterol and glucose panels as well as flu shots for a minimal fee. The fair will start at 7 a.m. and run through 11:30 a.m. A luncheon will follow at CEU where Dr. Etzel will be the keynote speaker. All proceeds from this year's health fair will once again be donated to the food bank.
