Emma Park Road bridge reconstruction finally finished

The Emma Park Road bridge that crosses over the Union Pacitic rail lines and the Price River has been under construction the last few months. Recently the bridge, that was originally built in 1963 was reopened to traffic on the road that acts as a short cut to Duchesne.
