Lauren Wilkinson gets her face painted during the Oktoberfest celebration at the Elks Club on Saturday evening. The event, held every year by the Notre Dame Parish, features ethnic foods, kiddie games, a silent raffle, craft boutiques, giveaways and many other activities for families in the area.
