Roadway maintenance equipment proves to be a little big for the passage way

A mowing tractor was parked on Tuesday afternoon at the walking underpass on Carbonville Road while its operator went to lunch. However, if one looked at it quickly, it appeared as if it ware trying to sneak through the tunnel which is much too small for it to pass. The overpass once was a vehicle access to the north Carbonville area, but because of its narrowness and as well as its shallow profile it was closed and made into a walkway. These days, it is used largely by school-aged kids as they walk to and from the bus stop.
