Debris from a demolished retaining wall clutters 600 East in Price near Pinnacle Canyon Academy. As part of the terms of the conditional use permit, the charter school must install curb and gutter on streets adjacent to the school. The school moved from the Carbonville area to Price a year ago and has been operating at the new facility since last fall.
