Vehicle's battery loses power while parked on steep mound

When a vehicle is parked on a steep narrow mound of dirt, it is difficult to get the hood open and connect a charger to a weak battery. A local resident apparently wanted to attract potential buyers and pulled a vehicle onto the manmade hill. But while the vehicle was parked, the battery lost power.
