Tula lies under a four-wheeler to keep cool last Sunday afternoon when temperatures in the area ranged between 95 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Almost any type of shade will do when it is hot, but residents are reminded that cats and dogs need cover from the sun as much the pets need protection from the inclement weather in the winter. And it really important to have cool, clean water available for the animals to drink.
