County clerk's office prepares for June 27 primary election

American flags fly in front of the Carbon County Courthouse reminding residents they can vote early for the 2006 primary election. The primary is scheduled next Tuesday. The June 27 election is a Democratic Party primary race for the two candidates running for the county recorder's office. But all local registered voters can cast ballots in the open primary election. Early voting will close at the courthouse in Price on Friday at 5 p.m. Polls will open at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m. next Tuesday
