Expansion at fairgrounds underway

Construction workers erect walls at the exhibition center at the Carbon County fairgrounds. The facility has already been booked for the Utah Tourism Council convention in 2007. Commissioners expected to the large-capacity building to increase tax revenues in the county and promote economic development.
