Motorcyclist injured in single-vehicle traffic mishap on May 30

Paramedics treat the wounds sustained by Nick Melosi in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday near the intersection of 200 North and 200 East in Price. Police at the scene said 21-year-old Melosi sustained lacerations to his left elbow and sprained his left ankle. No other vehicles were involved in the May 30 mishap and Melosi was the only rider on the motorcycle. Police indicated that Melosi recently purchased the motorcycle and the accident occurred when he apparently over-corrected after a turn.
