Gubbins bid farewell by agency employees and citizens

Alan Peterson presents outgoing Price Bureau of Land Management Director Patrick Gubbins with a custom-made hiking stick during a party for Gubbins on Friday afternoon. Gubbins is being transferred to the Nevada BLM state office in Reno, Nev., to perform duties as branch chief for non-renewable resources. The BLM has announced that for an unspecified period of time Gary Reimer, from Alaska, will be the acting director of the Price field office. He should assume his duties in the next couple of weeks.
