Heavy runoff in Price River and surrounding streams pours over a spillway at the Carbon County golf course. The increase water levels are the result of a comparably wet year with heavy snow pack and the decision by the U.S Bureau of Reclamation to keep Scofield Reservoir below its normal level in preparation for dam reconstruction which could occur later this year.
