Ensuring welfare of outdoor animals requires food, shelter

A local feline anticipates the holiday season, but is thankful to be indoors during the winter months. Not all animals are fortunate enough to live indoors. Animals living outside during the cold months must be taken care of. Plenty of water, food and some form of shelter should be provided to ensure the welfare of outdoor pets.
